Hello

My team are experiencing problems either when sending emails from Service Manager or when refreshing updated information.  They find that Google Chrome works the best, but is not great.  Do you have any information on this experience.

Hi Angela thanks for posting.  I checked with our cloud team and there is nothing out of the ordinary we can see.  Is this issue affecting all users and all aspects of the application?

@AKetteringham is everyone accessing Hornbill over the same network?  In my experience network related issues can often be the cause of poor performance.  It would be worth trying to access Hornbill from outside your company network to see if the problem persists.
