Alisha Posted August 18, 2020 Share Posted August 18, 2020 Hello, Thank you for giving us the ability to edit fields once a request has been logged, this is really useful! We have noticed that we are able to edit some fields and not others. Are we only able to edit fields that are free text? We have come across a scenario where we need to edit date fields, if the date has changed but it doesn't give us the option.
