Adrian Simpkins
Hi All, I have noticed on Service Portfolio when I have removed teams it appears to show empty supporting team lines like in the image below? Not sure if anyone else is seeing this when viewing at all? I use Edge on Windows 10. It doesn't appear to be affecting anything that I have noticed, but thought I would raise it Many thanks
James Ainsworth
Hi Adrian, Thanks for posting. We do have an existing defect record for this. As far as we can tell and as you have mentioned it doesn't appear to cause any issues other than in the UI. Keep an eye out on the release notes for when this fix is included. Regards, James

James Ainsworth
The Service Manager update that removes these blank entries is due to be released to the Live environment this week. These banks are caused by teams being deleted in the Admin tool. When a team was deleted in admin, there was no option within the Service form to validate the removal of the team(s) and as a result, a blank entry was left behind in the list of supporting teams where the deleted team once was. Hope this helps.
