Multi Select option - place a call on hold

Hi All

One of my Analysts has asked if it is possible to have Place on hold as an option within the Multi Select function in the Request List View - is this something that is possible at all please?

Hi Adrian,

We do have an existing change in our backlog for this requirement.  I'll add your interest to the change and I'll update this post if there is any movement on delivering this.
