Cant see Auto Task from within Add custom button

Hi,

 

I have created an Auto Task. I want to be able to select it from the ADD CUSTOM BUTTON but there are no auto tasks listed to select. (I have created a new custom security role, level of user and assign it rights to the following database table - h_sys_custombutton_config)

@Anthony Albon when you created it, in the admin tool, did you create it under Global or Request? it will only be available in the custom buttons on a request, if you created it under Request

Ah ok thanks I can see it now. But getting an error when I test. Does that refer to the Keysafe authentication?

Three things to check

1. In Keysafe, you have a Microsoft Keysafe created and the account you are using has the appropriate rights to perform the actions

 

2. In the Auto Task process, in the cloud automation node, make sure you have the Request Credentials field populated with the Microsoft Keysafe title.

3. Check your input params are all correct / valid
