New Update: Hornbill Admin Tool (1266)

Hello Everyone

The latest build of Hornbill Admin Tool (1266) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

New

• system - org data - sites: added "Additional Details" tab to contain h_custom_# fields, latitude and longitude.
• system - org structure - groups: In group view show new child groups tab so can managed direct child groups.
• System - Organisational Data: Added ability to define and manage user availability states
• system - org data - organisation - info view: can flag if record is part of actual org chart/structure (requires build 3347)

Change

• System - Organisational Data - Organisation List: Clicking on org name will filter list to show its children, shows a breadcrumb so can navigate back. Added btn to edit.
• upload templates: sitetemplate.csv now includes h_custom_#, h_latitude and h_longitude columns
• remove use of com.hornbill.core for moved system entities.
• system - email - templates: hide created date in the template list.
• ITOM (Preview) - Inventory Viewer: In detail view adjusted padding and alignment ofr title and set as managed/unmanaged btns
• System - Data - Data Imports: Add user account import operation (create, update or both)

Fix

• System - Sites: create site method should specifically reference com.hornbill.core
• System - Org Structure - Users: site listbox should use core "site" entity.
• workflow - bpm - editor: decision node - when condition refers to a task that did not get created a reference error is thrown. Fixed so condition will fail as task does not exist, and the next decision condition will be checked.
• workflow - bpm - editor: insert node between outgoing decision node connection that has a no "no match" defined would convert the connection into no match.
• workflow - bpm - editor: automation node input params would not change from ignore to auto if script is changed and same param name exists
• ITOM (Preview) - Site Integration Services: service build out of sync check will now use sis server build number instead of esp server build number (requires esp build 3349)
• workflows - bpm - live process list: remove order by on count query call
• reporting - reports - history: malformed xls content type
