Jeremy Posted July 16, 2020 Share Posted July 16, 2020 We have noticed that when you get hornbill notifications via the Bell icon at the top right of the page even if (as I have just done) you click the notification and go to the request and then re-assign it (with comments etc) so you have definitely seen and dealt with it, it still shows as a notification that you have something to see. Steve Giller Posted July 21, 2020 Share Posted July 21, 2020 The only way I can recreate that is to Open the Bell Notification dropdown Right-click and open in a new tab/window Move to the new tab/window without closing the dropdown Make the updates in the new window Go back to the initial window.
