Guest Paul Alexander Posted July 16, 2020 Posted July 16, 2020 Is there a way to change where the 'assignment notifications' emails come from please? One of our teams has asked why the notification emails which are sent when a request is assigned to them come from the IT Support mailbox rather than their 'team' mailbox. As it is, this team only uses one service which has it's default mailbox set as TechnicalServices, and that's where the team members expected any email to come from. So is there a way that the mailbox can be changed for notifications just from this service please?
ArmandoDM Posted July 16, 2020 Posted July 16, 2020 Hi @Paul Alexander all the notification emails are sent from the domain specified into the following app-settings: guest.app.requests.notification.emailDomain guest.app.requests.notification.emailPrefix There is no option to change this only for a service. I will mention this issue to the relevant people , not sure if there is any enhancement scheduled for this issue. Regards Armando
