Hello Support,

I have a question regarding service manager roles. In the past it was possible with the Role: Services Manager to creat services.

But now when my user try to open the Service Portfolio nothing happen it is just showing the loading icon. Was there a change?

Hi Nikolaj,

There have been no changes in this area that I'm aware of.  If someone has lost access to this area I would expect them to get a message saying that they don't have the rights to view.  Is this just happening for one user?

Yes this is just happening for one user so far I'm aware of. It is strange that he don't get any message just the loading icon and nothing happened. I asked him if he can change the Browser and test it again.
