In the past it was possible with the Role: Services Manager to creat services. But now when my user try to open the Service Portfolio nothing happen it is just showing the loading icon. If someone has lost access to this area I would expect them to get a message saying that they don't have the rights to view. Is this just happening for one user? It is strange that he don't get any message just the loading icon and nothing happened.
