Jeremy Posted July 8, 2020 Posted July 8, 2020 I have noticed that a CI is appearing in the portal and I am not sure why, I have recorded the settings etc to better see the issue. Is there something that we have done wrong or is this a system issue?
Guest Ehsan Posted July 9, 2020 Posted July 9, 2020 @Jeremy, I am not able to create this behaviour - The result filter out Catalog items that are marked as "Service Desk", I attempted this multiple times. After updating the Catalog item record, could you logout and login again so we can confirm that the data is not cached? Ehsan
Jeremy Posted July 9, 2020 Author Posted July 9, 2020 @Ehsan I have tried in a new browser that I have not logged into Service Manager before and in incognito windows and this still appears. It seems to be the only one that we can find so far.... just seems strange.
