CIs appearing in Employee Portal when set to not appear

I have noticed that a CI is appearing in the portal and I am not sure why, I have recorded the settings etc to better see the issue. Is there something that we have done wrong or is this a system issue?

I am not able to create this behaviour - The result filter out Catalog items that are marked as "Service Desk", I attempted this multiple times. After updating the Catalog item record, could you logout and login again so we can confirm that the data is not cached?
