If an employee has bookmarked https://service.hornbill.com/instance will they be automatically redirected to the employee portal when using the bookmark? If you look at step 8 in the migration steps on the wiki, if you enable the redirects then when they hit the Service portal urls via a bookmark, link in email template etc, then they will be redirected to the employee portal equivalent pages. https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Migrating_to_the_Employee_Portal 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
