Hi All

I have just raised a Support ticket but wanted to highlight that the Service Portal is not working on Internet Explorer - it is sitting on a blank page when trying to access it, and no error messages are shown.

This is affecting all our Customer as no self service available

We are aware of the issue and are currently looking into this.  I'll post back shortly when I have further info.
