Customer Service Portal not accessible on Internet Explorer

Hi All

I have just raised a Support ticket but wanted to highlight that the Service Portal is not working on Internet Explorer - it is sitting on a blank page when trying to access it, and no error messages are shown.

This is affecting all our Customer as no self service available
