James Ainsworth Posted July 2, 2020 Share Posted July 2, 2020 Hi John, The first thing to look at is to see if the account is suspended. I believe the default to automatically unlock a suspended account is 30 minutes, but you may want to look at the settings here... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
