We have introduced 2 new settings that support the display of the owner on both the Customer Portal and the Employee Portal guest.servicemanager.customer.request.showSupportOwner guest.servicemanager.portal.request.showSupportOwner These settings can be change in the Admin Tool under Applications->Hornbill Service Manager->Settings Hope this helps.
