Hi Stephen,

Thanks for your post. I have added a change to our backlog to include this option.  I'll update this post once it is underway.  It's not scheduled yet, so no time frame but I'm assuming that it shouldn't take too long.

HI Stephen,

I'm pleased to let you know that this feature has been implemented.  

We have introduced 2 new settings that support the display of the owner on both the Customer Portal and the Employee Portal

guest.servicemanager.customer.request.showSupportOwner

guest.servicemanager.portal.request.showSupportOwner

These settings can be change in the Admin Tool under Applications->Hornbill Service Manager->Settings
