Alisha Posted June 23, 2020 Share Posted June 23, 2020 Hello, I'm creating a capture and need to restrict certain custom forms to individual customers using the h_user_id option. However, it would be better to do this by team name in case the individuals leave or change roles. Is this possible please, if not, please may I request this as an enhancement? As for us, it would be nice to be able to do this at the CI level so that the form only shows for those who have access in the portal, as with this method people can see the form and then click on it and then it's not available. We have tried this for certain things but as we have so many teams it would also be nice for the option to exclude a group as well and include. Customers whose IDs haven't been specified will just go down the 'No Match' and get a different form. We'd prefer it if we could use team names instead, however, as it's easier to manage and we won't need to update it each time someone leaves.
