We have this setup already, but we have a..........................................................eager Problem Manager who likes to know everything as it happens, so I was wondering if we could enable a notification for impacted or unavailable Services. Jeremy Posted June 17, 2020 Share Posted June 17, 2020 @Ann-MarieHolloway you could add a decision in the BPM, if the service is marked as impacted then email the Problem Manager?
