Guest Ehsan Posted June 12, 2020 Share Posted June 12, 2020 Hi @Jeremy, For Customer Portal, the translation key is "guest.com.hornbill.servicemanager.portals.portal.home.requestView.details.timeline.readOnly". For the Employee Portal, the translation key is "guest.com.hornbill.servicemanager.portals.servicePortal.home.requestView.details.timeline.readOnly". i hope this helps.
