Customer portal not displaying any services

Hi @Dave Longley

First, Business Process Automation section? A query regarding Service Manager customer portal, unrelated to business process engine, is suited for Service Manager section... Different forum sections are monitored by different Hornbill staff, posting a query in the most relevant section will ensure it gets into the attention of appropriate audience otherwise will likely go without a response until the post is moderated...

I have moved this post now to Service Manager section, please be more mindful of the relevant forum sections. If unsure you can always use Service Manager section.

As for the issue, can you please check that Security Settings of the customer portal account (admin tool: Home - System - Manage Portals - Portal Accounts - customer) is configured as per below?
