Images on Custom Forms

Its been a while since I created Custom forms and I am sure it was possible but I would like to add images onto a custom from. I have tried using the wiki markup [[file path]] but it only displays as a link.

Can someone point me in the right direction please

Resolved I was missing the [[file:    ]]
