What's New

  • You can now create Views and use advanced searches in the Assets list. See more on the wiki https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Manage_Assets
  • Answers in the Questions section of a Request can now be edited. This option is available for single-line and multi-line text fields. You'll need to be granted "Service Manager Delete Questions" or "Service Desk Admin" role to edit an answer.
  • New data provider called "Search All Users (Include user Id in display)" in Progressive Capture.
