Change analyst button?

Would it be possible to add a 'change analyst' or 'reassign' button to the Information Panel in a request? I know that you can reassign a request using the 'Assign' option along the top of the request, but another more visible option in the Info panel might make things a little easier?

It might be a little cluttered as when selected you would then have the Team, Analyst and Comment fields needing to appear under the Information section, but if possible i'm sure it will be considered.
