What's Changed

  • Extended 'Requests > Update Request > Status' Hornbill Automation to not enforce 'webapp.view.ITSM.serviceDesk.requests.resolve.denyWithOpenActivities' setting when resolving a Request.
  • Timeline entry when a Request is placed on hold via BPM now includes sub-status changes.

What's Fixed

  • PM00162511 - Setting to control Last Category Item is not enforced in the Employee Portal.
  • PM00158594 - Issue in adding items into a criteria of a View.
  • PM00161365 - Wiki markup not displaying correctly for Request Questions.
  • PM00162331 - Not able to see Services that I own in 'Service Portfolio' menu.
  • PM00162362 - Formatting could be incorrect when copying text to the composer in the Email action tab in a Request.
  • PM00162547 - Owner is notified after a updating a Request when Self Service user is viewing the Request at the same time.
  • PM00162449 - Service Bulletin images would grey out after a period of time and text shadow settings were not being respected.
  • PM00162582 - Unable to access snippets in Email action tab in Edge browser.
  • PM00162589 - Resolved By 'guest.com.hornbill.servicemanager.showResolveByDate' setting is not respected in the Employee Portal.
