Will J Douglas
HI, I've set up a a new BPM which queries the site info, and assigns engineer based on the site EngineerID. This doesn't seem to be working however. Update Text: Site is: &[global["flowcoderefs"]["resultRef"]["siteName"]] Site Engineer is: &[global["flowcoderefs"]["resultRef"]["engineerId"]] Manager is: &[global["flowcoderefs"]["resultRef"]["siteManagerId"]] I checked the Site Members table and you can see the site and roles are populated (redacted usernames) But the output is the below: Regards, Will. Will J Douglas
@ArmandoDM I've revisited this after a few months It looks like the variable is populating as I'm getting the timeline update now however, the next node uses the variable to assign the request to an owner. Owner - Manual - &[global["flowcoderefs"]["resultRef"]["engineerId"]] But the assignment is not working, nor is there anytime in the timeline relating to this node. Victor
@Will J Douglas is "wazaman" a valid user in your instance (user ID)? Is this user part of any teams, if yes, is there at least one of these teams supporting the service you used on the request? If he is part of multiple teams, is there any of these teams which is NOT supporting the service?
Will J Douglas
@Victor Thanks for the quick reply.... following your response I found it was a mistake on my part. The user wasn't in the correct team - all sorted now.
