The Zip Emoji......

Within all details provided by our customers or engineers, the word "zip" is automatically converted into an emoji wherever used.  Can this be removed or toggle-able please as doesn't read very well within the portal and on our service desk (and doesn't suit the corporate nature of the business either).

Same for us!  We have noticed that our emails about zipped files are now looking rather different.  Please can you advise when this might be fixed?
