Regional Settings

I have amended the Regional Settings from US to the UK format we prefer and there is no option to save it. Is this an overnight operation or should i be amending elsewhere?  I have refreshed both this page and the Requests list page to no avail.

Thanks for your post.

These particular settings are used in a view places be the platform, however if you are looking for changing how the request list displays days, this will be part of the user profile.   This can be set in administration (Home->System->Organisational Data->Users) under each user account or the users themselves can set this in their profile in the main Hornbill app. 

As the time and date formats are user preferences, there is no option to change all the existing users with one setting.
