Morning 

after some great help from @Ricky and Dan Riley we have been able to ready the ITOM platform @ WW for wider use

Before we can commit the time and resource to expanding the automation enablement through ITOM I need to better understand timescales for ITOM to become a supported product component and the likely costs we would incur once the product has been commercialised.

Is there an update on these items to allow us to plan the way forward??

Thanks for the feedback and the interest in moving forwards. With regards to the commercials I will PM you as we have nothing concrete enough to be in the public domain at this point.
