No Camera Permission Prompt for Hornbill App Registration

I attempted to swap over from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 11 Pro and unfortunately the QR scanner for the camera gave me a black box with horizontal lines running down it (instead of allowing me to see through the camera).  After some initial digging, the camera app permission was not enabled but I didn't get a prompt to ask for it either.

Not an issue now I've enabled it but thought I'd flag with you.
