@Ann-MarieHolloway if you are referring to the admin tool reports and advanced analytics MI, then when you are building your reports you can choose to use the Team ID value (column) from the requests table (h_itsm_requests), as this will remain the same, however the display name Team Name will change if you are changing the Team Name.   

So in the case of an admin console Service Manager report, you could build the filters using the Team ID value, but put the Team Name value in the display field on the report.
