New Update: Hornbill Admin Tool (1193)

The latest build of Hornbill Admin Tool (1193) has been released to live.

• Workflow - BPM - Editor: Decision node custom expressions CONTAINS,STARTSWITH,ENDSWITH now support array of values
• Workflow - BPM - Editor: Decision node custom expression operators contains/startsWith/endsWith now support an array of values to test.

• ITOM - Job Queue - Job Creation: Now you can choose to target a sis group/server when targeting a job to a list. If leave blank will use the sis that discovered the device.
• System - Data - Omport Configs: add support for LDAPDateToDateTime to Pre Import Actions.
• System - Org Data - Users: Indicate inactive users with amber circle. So can diff between offline and inactive.
• ITOM - Job Queue - Job Creation: Now you can target an inventory using your sis of your choice.
• ITOM - Inventory Viewer: Changed action buttons (add - remove - delete - set as managed - etc) to icons instead of action dropdown to follow overall ITOM design
• ITOM - Scheduled Job: Now if a scheduled job was disabled the 'schedule for' date will be strike through if in future or N/A if in past
• ITOM - Package Creator: When creating a new folder make input prompt mandatory.
• General Change: Removed use of php to get webdav files. Impacts most areas of admin (bpm, pcf, dbdirect, reporting, logfiles)
• ITOM - Package Creator: When creating a new file make input prompt mandatory.

Fix

• Workflow - BPM Process List: List was showing AutoTask process, which now has own tile.
• Workflow - BPM Editor: Add Additional sanity checks when editing decision gotos and swapping the type of outcome.
• Workflow - BPM/PCF Editor: Add additional validation to remove duplicate decision node exits - with console logging.
• Workflow - BPM Editor: Task outcome editor - make button preview size/text overflow behave like that in actual task form.
• Workflow - BPM Editor: Email Approval node goto conditions not checking outcomes properly.
• ITOM - Scheduled Job: Fixed issue were if opening a 'Run Once' Schedule Job the date/time was automatically changed to two minutes in future. No it does that only if you re-enabled it.
• ITOM - Scheduled Job: Fixed bug were it was possible to schedule jobs in the past.
• ITOM - Scheduled Job - Discovery Jobs: Now when choosing LDAP Cred will populate host as in ADHOC Discovery
• Reporting - Report Editor: Only load SFTP keysafes for Enterprise instances
• ITOM - Job Scheduling: Fixed table ordering on job schedule main view.
• ITOM - Job Scheduling - LDAP Discovery: Fixed issue were LDAP Creds were being set in different order from the xmlmc schema.
