Hi,

Would it be possible to make the custom fields visible on the Customer Portal?

Ideally, we would want this to be configurable

For instance, if we wanted 'Custom A' to be visible, but 'Custom D' not to be visible

At the moment the custom fields are available to Service Desk staff and not to end users.  We do have some plans for this, but I can't say at the moment when we will have a chance to review and add this as a configurable option.
