Hi, hope you are all keeping safe and well

With the situation being what it is at the moment we are reviewing our projects and would like to change the status and sub status of some of our projects, however we seem to not be able to add to the drop down lists.  Is this something we are able to do?

We would like On Hold added to the status then Urgent and Non Urgent as an extra 2 items under Sub Status

Hope this makes sense

Hi @Jo Sword, thanks for your post.

Yes this is something you are able to do.

Firstly, you need to create the sub status items in the simple list. To do this you will need access to the Hornbill Admin Tool.

Once you have created your sub status(es) you will need to map them to one of the system statuses (draft, active, completed, cancelled). To do this you will need the Project Administrator role
