  • Please note that the visibility of the Auto Tasks tile in the Admin Tool is pending a new update to the Hornbill Admin Tool, which is due to be made available on Tuesday 21st April.

  • Added 'All' filtering option to Requests list in the Customer Portal.

What's Fixed

  • Error is not reported when an email from a Request fails to send due to failure in processing attachment(s). {PM00162158}
  • Service field shows duplicates or disappears in Snippets intermittently. {PM00162057}
  • Custom 31 to Custom 40 attributes are not populated when raising a Request from Self Service. {PM00162255}
