Uploading Images

Good morning, please could you advise on how we upload our own images to use on the company portal & whether they need to be of a certain size, quality or format?

Hi @Mark Harvey,

Are you talking about the Header or Body background image?

If that is the case, we don't provide an upload mechanism. you need to provide just a URL for that image.
Regarding the properties of the image, it depends on how you want to use that image and where.

If you want to show it from left to right of the screen then it has to have around 2200 pixels in width.

If is a header image, I wouldn't make it too high, so around 300 pixels should be enough. If is for the body background it can be as much as you need.

Quality, depending on the details of the image. I suggest JPEG, the you can play with the quality. Usually 72 dpi will be enough for a screen.

@Daniel Dekel Hi I have a question regarding the iOS Icon? which size is the best one that it looks good on the phone?

At the moment our icon shows not the picture just a snippet of it.

Hi @Nikolaj,

The icon sizes are defined in the actual mobile tab.

You will require 3 basic sizes for it to be properly displayed.
