Daniel Dekel
@Michael Sharp, trying to be non technical here... but basically, the dashboard in the Admin Tool allows you to query the database and therefore allows you to get data from different places as long as is in the database. The employee portal uses very specific dedicated functions in the server. So the data for that widget is very specific to that requirement and is not only coming from the database. Hope this is more clear about why you can't get the online status in the dashboard. Regards, Daniel.

Thanks for this @Daniel Dekel it's really unfortunate that this isn't possible especially in the day now of remote working. Hopefully this is something Hornbill can revise in the future somehow. In the shortest term, an auto refresh on the app might suit? Are we able to pull that widget as a custom web item maybe? Mike.
Daniel Dekel
HI @Michael Sharp, The auto-refresh is already there. You need to tick the new box. Regarding "Are we able to pull that widget as a custom web item maybe?" what is the Custom Web Item? is that in the Admin Tool? Regards, Daniel. Hi @Daniel Dekel I hadn't seen that automatic refresh so will apply that now thanks!! How often is that queried? As for the custom web widget, my previous screenshot shows this functionality within analytics so not sure if this could be leveraged or developed as a rugged option? Mike. Daniel Dekel
Hi @Michael Sharp, The refresh date of data is 1 minute unless the your computer is locked, the window is hidden or not in focus, the it stops to save data. Regarding the Custom Widget, I spoke with the relevant team and sorry but that is not possible. Regards, Daniel.
