Gareth Watkins Posted April 9, 2020 Posted April 9, 2020 Help!! I am getting an error when trying to create a page using the HR domain. I keep getting the error message details below: - I have successfully added and designed IT pages so I know it isn't access related but something seems to have fallen over. /apps/com.hornbill.core/entities/Pages/fc_modules/pages_write.js(167): error X1001: Uncaught EspMethodCall::invoke: Operation[data::entityAddRecord] A database or query error occurred while inserting the primary record data into the database - in _insertPageRecord
Steven Boardman Posted April 9, 2020 Posted April 9, 2020 @Gareth Watkins sorry you are having issues, we have seen an issue and are looking to fix this, in the meantime if you go the HR page, and try the following: Open the page and add to the URL the following string: "?edit=true&audience=all&status=0" [Press enter] This will allow defining a new page for "All Users". Add widgets and save Refresh (F5) In required pres the PUBLISH button. -Done- Let us know if this is a workaround which allows you to create the page?
Gareth Watkins Posted April 9, 2020 Author Posted April 9, 2020 Hi Steven I tried the above and it did allow me to create a page, however it didn't last long. Once I navigated to the IT domain and back to HR, all the widgets etc were gone and the issue above repeated. So close but so far!
Daniel Dekel Posted April 14, 2020 Posted April 14, 2020 Hi @Gareth Watkins, Did you manage to press the "Publish" button from the instructions @Steven Boardman gave you? Regards, Daniel.
Gareth Watkins Posted April 14, 2020 Author Posted April 14, 2020 I did yes. I'll try again today and see if anything has changed.
Gareth Watkins Posted April 14, 2020 Author Posted April 14, 2020 Ok so I tried again and got no further. After publishing, when I exit design mode, the same issue and error message occurs. It will not let me create an HR page.
Victor Posted April 14, 2020 Posted April 14, 2020 @Gareth Watkins as you are subscribed to Premier Success, may I ask you to raise a support request so we can investigate further?
Gareth Watkins Posted April 16, 2020 Author Posted April 16, 2020 Will do. I have, as a workaround, created another domain that I can use for the purposes i need, and will raise a call shortly.
