Jeremy
So we have links for a lot of things that now appear not be be redirecting e.g. in one article we have the link (https://live.hornbill.com/uopservicedesk/servicemanager/selfservice2/service/63/catalogs/511/true/) and when you click on it it shows (image below) we have the flag turned on for redirection but it appears that this not working correctly? The redirected link it should be is (https://live.hornbill.com/uopservicedesk/catalog/new-service-request/com.hornbill.servicemanager/63/511/) but in the address bar of the image this is not correct.... Steven Boardman
@Jeremy can i double check what you are looking to redirect? * Open the Progressive Capture for the catalog item? If so, this seems to be working for me on the Service Portal and My Services with the redirects in place My Services: https://live.hornbill.com/demo/servicemanager/selfservice2/raise/12/incident/53/ Service Portal: https://service.hornbill.com/demo/servicemanager/log/12/incident/53/ To Employee Portal https://live.hornbill.com/demo/catalog/new-service-request/com.hornbill.servicemanager/12/53/ Looking at your original URL is has the /true/ at the end), if you remove this - as in my examples above does this work? Ryan
Hi @Jeremy, I can see the issue with the redirects from the log request form to the new employee portal, and will raise this with our development team. Thanks, Ryan
