Hello,

Is it possible to see customer details on the cards on a Board?

If not, please could we request this as an enhancement? We would also like to be able to configure the Board a bit more, like changing the colour of 'On Hold' requests so we can spot it more easily. 'Resolved' requests show nicely in green.

Hi @Deen,

Yes, if I hover over the a request, the customer details don't seem to appear.

Is it possible to add other information to the requests on the board, for example third party reference number please?

@Alisha sorry I thought you were referring to the Service Manager boards.  The board app however does not display any additional details.  The card containing the request cannot be edited, only moved between lanes or removed.  Hovering your cursor over the reference will not show the details like Service Manager boards, however this should be considered for an enhancement.
