I've entered the value: ITEST-123 But when I search in the Requests Search Bar: The ticket with the 'Internal Ref.' is not returned in the search list Nor is it returned in the Quick Filter However, when using the advanced filter, the ticket is returned: The main thing that we're after is making it so that the Internal Ref (Custom D) field can be searchable 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
