I have got a report which I just need to add a couple more fields to. I have found two of the three, but I need one to show last updated. Is that available as a field? I guess with there being many possible combinations of a ticket being updated, like general update, on hold, inbound email, but it would be a useful field to have.

 

Any ideas?

Hi Chris,

I think that h_datelastmodified might be the field that you are looking for. 

Another post has asked a similar question about what triggers an update to this field.  Might be worth following that post to see what the response is
