Can present the impacted icons and request number icons on the service catalog widget as the service portal supported?

This question was asked on the Employee Portal Webinar this morning

If a service is marked as impacted, this will be visible via an impacted icon on the service widget (as shown below).  Hovering over the icon, will show any information which was configured when setting the service status to impacted.

It is not currently possible to show an icon to represent the number of active requests which are present for each service, as we had on the Service Portal.  We will be looking at this to see if this can be added.

Thanks for this, we do think there is a lot of merit in this being visible even when a service is available.  The green tick, amber ! and red ! were really good and would like to see these back please.  The requests number is much less important.
