Keith Posted March 31, 2020 Share Posted March 31, 2020 I am setting up a anew board and have the request being processed through the various lanes of the board as required. However, Cancelled requests get stranded on the board and are not removed. What is the best way to handle cancelled requests with regards removing them from the board. TrevorHarris Posted April 1, 2020 Share Posted April 1, 2020 Hi, You can remove a card from the Board in the BPM with the Remove Card from Board operation in the Card Entity, you will need to supply the card id to this. you can get this with the get Card Information operation by supplying the Key (the request Id) and specifying the board you are using Thanks Trevor H Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
