Keith Posted March 31, 2020 Share Posted March 31, 2020 I am setting up a anew board and have the request being processed through the various lanes of the board as required. However, Cancelled requests get stranded on the board and are not removed. What is the best way to handle cancelled requests with regards removing them from the board. Estie Posted March 17 Share Posted March 17 Hi I have the same question. Our change requests can be cancelled at any time. If the request is cancelled doesn't the BPM get cancelled too? samwoo Posted March 19 Share Posted March 19 +1 I think cancelled requests should be removed from all boards as they can be cancelled at any time. This should be configurable as some organisations may want visibility of cancelled requests in a board...
