Not auto updating calls

Hi All,

Is there anything from hornbill about it not auto-updating?

When I take an unassigned call, and assign to myself... have to refresh it before it updates - it used to do it automatically?

Its annoying when you have 102 calls to assign to yourself and it's taking ages.

Hi Jamie,

Thanks for your post.  I've moved your question to the Service Manager topic.  Most aspects of an update should available automatically.  I would be interested to know if there is a particular type of update where this is occurring. For example, are you making an update to a call using the actions icons at the top and nothing is showing in the timeline, or is it the BPM Workflow not progressing automatically when you expect it to?
