When I take an unassigned call, and assign to myself... have to refresh it before it updates - it used to do it automatically? Its annoying when you have 102 calls to assign to yourself and it's taking ages. Thanks, Jamie

Most aspects of an update should available automatically. I would be interested to know if there is a particular type of update where this is occurring. For example, are you making an update to a call using the actions icons at the top and nothing is showing in the timeline, or is it the BPM Workflow not progressing automatically when you expect it to?
