This can be configured within 'Employee Portal Link' option in 'Service Portfolio > Service form > Bulletins tab > Bulletin form'. - See more on the Employee Portal on the wiki https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Employee_Portal. You can now update a Request's customer through "Requests > Update Request > Customer" Hornbill Automation. See more on the wiki - https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Service_Manager_Business_Process_Workflow. What's Changed When a Problem is published to Portal or a workaround is provided, highlight the action tab in green. Newer Requests will be shown when viewing a customer's Requests in "Apply Email" pop-up. When managing executed processes in the Admin Tool, "Ext. Reference" field is now set with the associated Request Id What's Fixed Unable to view Requests that are subscribed to a site in the Service page in My Services.
