Live chat using customer portal?

Hi,  could you let me know if live chat only works for people who have an account in your instance of hornbill or can it be used at the customer portal by any visitor without a login?

Live chat is only available on the customer portal after your customer has logged in

@JBasey if you wanted to offer this option to customers of the customer portal, you will need to add the Portal Chat Session User  role
