Adrian Simpkins Posted March 13, 2020 Share Posted March 13, 2020 Hi All, One of our Users has a request they have actioned, then transferred onto another team for further actions. However, when they were tagged in the request using the @ function they got the below error when trying to jump to the notification. Any idea why this is appearing as he appears to have all relevant roles / access as he was able to work the request initially?
