Hi All, 

Similary to the suspend - await new owner node, is there a way of accomplishing something similar but awaiting a new team?

My work around was to try and remove a team being assigned but it doesn't look like this is possible...

Good evening,

Was this ever implemented?

Will the Suspend -> Wait for Request Team do this if the ticket is already assigned to a Team?

I basically need the workflow to suspend and wait for a new Team to be assigned to a ticket... and this Team anything the Officer believes the ticket should be assigned to.

I thought about doing it using Human Tasks to capture the Team name using the Group Picker Dropdown List, but I don't think it holds the Team ID, so I then set about looking for a Suspend node to do this with Notices to provide guidance, but I'm not sure Wait for Request Team does what I need it to do.

The same as the Suspend -> Wait for Request Owner - the criteria are met, so it does not wait.

If you choose to use a Human Task this will work here, there is no need to pick the Team in the Task, just have a Task that says "Ensure the Request is assigned to the correct Team" with a Complete action.
You're not forcing them to choose a Team but you do have an audit trail of who progressed the Request so you know who to chastise.

If there were a Suspend -> Wait for New Team node this would not help you here - your spec does not preclude the Request already being assigned to the correct team, a "New Team" node would then force you to assign it away from the correct team and then back again.
