James Gallally Posted March 4, 2020 Posted March 4, 2020 Hi, I'm trying to find the setting that allows me to specify the default template that is select when a User (technician) clicks email option for communicating with people. I've had a look and can't seem to find it, does anyone know the variable name and its location ? Thanks James

I believe this will set the default address that the emails come from, I'm wanting to select the default template that will be used as opposed to the address the emails are coming from. Thanks James
