Guest
Hi, We have several emails stuck in our inbox (alerts) which we cannot delete. I believe in the past you can delete these? Can someone advise if they can delete these?
James Ainsworth
Hi Shamaila, There are a couple of delete options when viewing an email in the inbox within Hornbill. What is it about these emails that make them appear to be "stuck"?
Keith Stevenson
@Shamaila We have noticed that the problem on your instance appears to be caused by a rather large body in the Alert email. We will be in touch shortly to discuss options to resolve this. Kind regards Keith Stevenson
