Guest Posted February 20, 2020 Share Posted February 20, 2020 Hello Does anyone know how to close a bulk of known errors which may have task assigned to them? when i click on one of them a cog does appear but only for 1 - i want to do a bulk close? James Ainsworth Posted February 20, 2020 Share Posted February 20, 2020 HI Samaila, I believe that there is some criteria that has to match between the requests in order to bulk resolve/close. Try adding the Service column to you view, sort by service and then only select KEs from the same service and see if that helps.
