Known errors

Hello

Does anyone know how to close a bulk of known errors which may have task assigned to them?

when i click on one of them a cog does appear but only for 1 - i want to do a bulk close?

HI Samaila,

I believe that there is some criteria that has to match between the requests in order to bulk resolve/close.  Try adding the Service column to you view, sort by service and then only select KEs from the same service and see if that helps.

If the status differs between any of the selected requests (particularly if any have on hold status) that will definitely cause problems.
