I'm unable to add a credential

it seems to me the the ITOM is missing some action on our instance:
- I see only DCOM protocol
- I'm unable to choose a ldap credential even if it is stored into the key safe section

Hi @Giuseppe Iannacone,

Both the Credentials selection fields on that form are filtered by type Username & Password. So if you create a new KeySafe Key of that type, instead of type LDAP Authentication then they will be listed in those fields.

I've reported back to the relevant development team to have LDAP KeySafe type keys listed here too, so keep an eye out for a future release with this in place!

Thanks for letting us know, this was fixed and will be available in the next release of the Admin Tool among with a new functionality to populate the LDAP Server field with the host value set on the credentials.
